The National Youth Service Corp scheme is a program that gives the youth the platform to know and interact with other people from different states across Nigeria with the aim of promoting unity. They usually tend to post corp members randomly across the 36 states in Nigeria, including Ebonyi State.
However, one problem that corp members posted to Ebonyi State face is locating a good place of primary assignment (PPA). Almost all cop members want a PPA that is safe, has a good working environment, and offers at least stipends or accommodation, but locating one has always been a problem.

According to findings from other corps members, this institution is known for treating Corps members with utmost respect. The Golden Gate Secondary School is located in Inyimagu Azuiogu, which is part of the Abakaliki local government area in Ebonyi State.
- Federal Government College—Ebonyi State
This school is considered to be one of the best institutions in Ebonyi State. Aside from its beautiful infrastructure, the Federal Government College is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments to aid teachers and students in their academic pursuits. This school is located in Okposi, Ebonyi State.
- Ezza North local government council—Ebonyi state
One luckiest place to be posted to in Ebonyi State is the Ezza North local government council, located in Ebonyi State. This place of primary assignment helps to expose Corps members to various opportunities alongside some possible connections and stipends.
- Solid Foundation Academy—Ebonyi State
The solid foundation academy is located in Ebonyi state beside the Roadsafety Head office, Azuiyi Udene Abakaliki Ebonyi state. This is a group of schools that has a vision of providing quality education to pupils. The students in this institution are known to be respectful to teachers and Corps members. Considering this place to be your PPA is a good choice.
- Command secondary school—Ebonyi state
The command secondary school is an institution known to be under the Nigerian Army Education program. The students in this institution are well-behaved due to the school’s high moral standard. This school is located in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.
- Government Secondary School—Ebonyi State
According to research, this institution is an all-boys school located in Afikpo, Ebonyi State. This is an ideal school to serve as a Corp member due to the fact that they tend to provide a form of accommodation to corps members serving there. According to findings from other corps members, this is a nice place to execute your primary assignment.
- Government Technical College (GTC) – Ebonyi State The
Government Technical College is one of the most sought-after PPA to serve in Ebonyi State. This is due to the fact that they tend to pay corps members some stipend believed to be nothing less than ₦15,000 (according to findings). This institution is located in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.
With all the PPAs listed above, it is essential to note that if you wish to be accepted by the PPA of your choice, you should endeavor to:
