TASUED Cut Off Mark

Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) has a minimum mark a candidate needs to pass in JAMB before he/she can register for their post-UTME screening exercise. And this minimum mark is known as the JAMB cutoff mark, which is 140. As you can see, it’s lower compared to other universities in Nigeria, just like I said earlier.

Aside from the JAMB cutoff mark, there is another type of cutoff mark, which is known as the departmental cutoff mark. This departmental cutoff mark is the minimum score/aggregate a candidate needs to score before he/she can be given admission into a particular department.

And we see students trying to know if TASUED has a departmental cutoff mark. The truth is that TASUED doesn’t have a departmental cutoff mark. In fact, most universities that do screening don’t give departmental cutoff marks; rather, they give only the JAMB cutoff marks, so don’t get confused.

So in essence, TASUED offers over 48 courses and has a JAMB cutoff mark of 140, which is very easy to meet up compared to other universities.
